The Big Ten Academic Alliance Women+ in Technology (WIT) Mentorship Subcommittee is excited to announce applications for the cross-BTAA Mentorship Program are now open. This is a great opportunity to network and connect with professionals outside your institution and build your career! About the Program The mentorship program will run from January – June 2025, with a kickoff orientation session in January. We will pair mentors with mentees across institutions to offer the best career growth, coaching, skill development, and leadership opportunities possible. This program is open to anyone with a Big Ten email address, regardless of an applicant’s gender identity. No prior mentorship experience is necessary. Application Process Applications are now open through December 1st, 2024. The BTAA WIT Mentorship Program Team will contact mentees in December to coordinate mentor matching. A mandatory orientation session will be scheduled for January to introduce pairings and provide additional information regarding program expectations.
