Mission

To foster a supportive and collaborative environment by connecting faculty and staff for mutual learning, growth, and personal development.

Summary – Rutgers WIT – Peer to Peer Program

The Rutgers WIT Peer to Peer Group aims to create a supportive and connected environment where members can openly share experiences, challenges, and successes. Through knowledge sharing, mutual accountability, and collaborative problem-solving, members grow both personally and professionally. These groups foster skill development, enhance motivation, and provide valuable networking opportunities.  Members work towards individual growth and building lasting connections and driving positive change.

Joining the Rutgers WIT Peer-to-Peer Group will accelerate your professional growth, solve workplace challenges, and build a lasting network with a supportive community of faculty and staff.  For a time commitment of just one hour per month, you will gain invaluable mutual accountability and collaborative problem-solving to help you achieve your goals and drive positive change.

If you have any questions, please contact the Rutgers WIT+ Peer-2-Peer Committee (wit_peer2peer@oit.rutgers.edu)

2025 – Topics

Although we have closed registration for the 2025 Peer-to-Peer Program, we are happy to provide the public with our monthly topics from 2025.  Feel free to take these topics and gather a group of people from your unit to review and discuss.  This way, everyone can ‘participate’ in the program and discover more about yourselves and your colleagues.
