Mentors: Share your experience and support aspiring Women+ in Technology.
Mentees: Receive personalized guidance, explore career development strategies, and build meaningful connections.
Program Details
- Runs January–July 2026
- Open to all Big Ten staff and faculty (any gender identity)
- 1-hour monthly mentoring sessions
- Optional drop-in sessions and a new Teams networking group
You can apply for one or both roles, just ensure you can commit to the time required.
Apply by November 10, 2025, or until capacity is reached.
