Mentorship Program
The BTAA Women in Technology (WIT) Mentorship Subcommittee is excited to announce a new cross-BTAA mentorship program. This is a great opportunity to meet someone from outside your institution and build your career!
About the Program
The mentorship session will run January – June 2024 with a kickoff orientation session in January. We will pair up people across institutions to offer career growth, coaching, skill development and leadership opportunities.
This program is open to anyone, male, female and non-binary with a Big Ten email address. No prior mentorship experience is necessary.
Application Process
Applications are now open through October 31, 2023.
(NOTE: individuals who want to participate as both a mentor and mentee should fill out both applications.)
Next Steps
The BTAA WIT Mentorship Program Team will reach out to mentees in November to coordinate mentor matching.
