Fight Burnout at Work This event will be hybrid, in person in New Brunswick and also available online. Ruth Adams Building: 110B Campus: Cook / Douglass Address: 12 Chemistry Drive, New Brunswick, NJ 08901-1414 The strong resiliency of women in the workplace is well documented, but burnout is a serious health issue that can still affect anyone. And the biggest work-related factors in burnout—overwork, lack of control, and unfair treatment—are much more common experiences for women all over the world. In this video, we talk about actions you can take to cope. These include prioritizing basics—like exercise and sleep—staying connected with loved ones, and seeking guidance on what to prioritize at work. By taking steps to address and prevent burnout, you can improve your overall well-being and professional success. Register Now
